Techniques

We employ the latest techniques in the production of our models. These include complete Computer Aided Design (CAD)---both 2D and 3D, solid modeling, and various fabrication technologies such as

• Laser cutting - from tiny inticate parts to 4'x8' sheets
• CNC cutting and routing - in plastics, metals and woods
• Photo-etching
• Vacuum-forming
• Silicon molding
• Short-run injection molding

We practice solid construction methods. This means we can ship our work anywhere with confidence that it will arrive safe and sound. So, even if you are not in our local area, this is not a factor. We will ship anywhere.
