The work day's over at the quarry. Doesn't that pool of cool water look refreshing?
Model Railroad Newsletter November, 2011

Welcome to the November issue of the SMARTT  Newsletter.

The weather is finally getting cooler down here in Florida as construction heats up on our current projects. Our big O scale project is getting some of its 22 bridges designed, built, and installed.

Meanwhile, the Atlas Central Midland, done the ‘SMARTT’  way, is receiving its upper level of track and its switch motors. More photos to come? Definitely!

Sincerely,

Out in the Shop

We’re working on another great kitbashed customization to bring to you. I’m sure you O-gauge fans out there are familiar with Atlas’s huge Pratt truss bridge that measures out at a stunning 40″ (that’s 160 feet in scale).

Atlas did a great job on this popular North American classic icon of the rails, but in certain surroundings it can look bulky. Now SMARTT  engineering brings you the sleeker Warren truss adaptation, courtesy of our finest craftsmen. We’ll cover this project in a future issue.
